Somerdale Wensleydale With Cranberries
Well, ’tis the season for cheese and cranberries. One of my favorites is the White Stilton with Cranberries, so I gave this other cheese a try.
For me, it was very inferior to the Stilton. This texture of the Somerdale was soft but grainy and had way too many cranberries in it. It’s very sweet and is very much like cheesecake, so if you’ve tried the Stilton with cranberries and wished it had even more cranberries or sweetness, the Somerdale might be for you.
If you already love the Stilton , stick with it.
