Beechers Flagship Loaf

Nice cheddary-like cheese (OK, I know cheddary is not a word, but it is here). This cheese is buttery in color with a nice salty tang. Texture is smooth and firm. Great everyday cheese. Discovered that this is handmade in Seattle.

Robiola

Oh, wow! A soft cheese made with goat and sheep milk, with a brie-like consistency, and pungent flavor. Mellow rind. Delicious! I ate this on top of warm kalamata olive bread with a glass of everyday Merlot. Probably not the most official way to taste it, but I was feeling decadent and it was fabulous! [...]

Comte (Gruyère de Comté)

Jarlsberg-like with a nutty,  cheddar-like tang. Update: Mmm, that’s all I had to say about it I guess?
