Smoked Gouda

Salty, gooey, strong smoked flavor that tasted distinctly of wood smoke. The flavor was more intense at the rind. Flesh is buttery yellow and was so soft that  (don’t shoot me please),  it reminded my of Laughing Cow cheese triangles. But of course, it’s not that soft.
